To live my physical form immersed with the Divine I am.
Allowing my higher self to guide me, while my physical self follows.
I stay true to my essence. I am Truth.
I continue to recognize my light and have it shine through me and around me.
This light and good energy can then spread to others/attract others to also light up.
Always be in divine light.
About Me
I’m Nik. I have been exploring my sacred self for many years. At a young age I was exposed to my first spiritual teacher Guru Nanak. Guru Nanak introduced me to the path of contemplation and reflection, not only of this life lived, but the Truth of all Life. That the Divine is here and present in all beings and in every breath.
In my early 20’s I came across Eckhart Tolle’s books which helped shape the philosophy of my life. To be here Now... in the present moment. As I live through this awareness of being present, I was led to complete an advanced training program to teach, lead and support others from this space through Eckhart Tolle and Kim Eng’s School of Awakening.
Travelling is imbedded in my heart, and I am very sure, on my soul’s blueprint. I am freedom and I am limitless. On this path of stillness I have travelled to Rishikesh, India where I immersed myself in the Himalayan mountains, experienced the flow of Mother Ganga and meditated in ancient caves. In this sacred birthplace of Yoga, I completed a Himalayan Meditation and Yoga retreat where I deepened the union of mind, body and spirt.
I travelled to Hong Kong, and stayed at Plum Village, which is part of the international mindfulness community founded by Zen Master Thích Nhất Hạnh. Through his teachings of Buddhism, I learned Mindfulness practices, bringing out the peace I am. Under the International Plum Village Dharma Teacher Council, I received a certificate of the Five Mindfulness Trainings, choosing to be transmitted in the Fourth Training: Loving Speech and Deep Listening. I bring this transmission to the sacred space that has been created through me in Surrey, BC.
I have read many spiritual books and texts, learned from many teachers and mentors and met many soul brothers and sisters along my way. I am here to expand my self and deepen my presence and I support others to do the same. Our journeys are unique from one another, the story may look different for each of us, but know that all our paths lead to the same source.
The most important form of travelling I have learned, is travelling within. If you are called to deepen your awareness or learn practices to help you be more mindful and present in your daily life, know that you have a soul sister here, in the Now, who is ready to meet you too.
Contemplation:
The creator creates through its creation. Because I am a creation of the creator. The creator creates through me. The creator creates through all.
