What is offered
I guide you into deeper awareness, stillness, and connection with your inner self. I hold a calm space for you to explore what you are moving through. I support you in reconnecting with the Now, as the past is gone and the future has not yet formed… simply being in the present moment. In each session, in the tranquility and the quiet, an environment is created where you can let go of the external noise to pause, breathe, and come back to your self. Your reflections can be then be carried into your daily life in a way that feels natural to you.
How it flows
The guidance offered through me is grounded and intuitive, shaped by my spiritual and lived experience. During a session, I guide you through supportive practices that you actively participate in. We begin with gentle conversation, where you can share what you’re experiencing or where you feel out of balance. From there, I guide you into moments of stillness that help your mind and body settle. This can be through breath work, guided mediation and gentle body movement. I share mindfulness practices that teach you how to return from the pull of constant thoughts back to the present moment. At times I use the soft ringing of a Tibetan bowl, a single grounding tone that supports clarity and focus. Everything is offered in a way you can learn, apply, and continue in your day whenever you need support.
